Our couple had previously hired another wedding planning company before joining the family at Kaleidoscope. After signing the contract, along with sending in the first deposit, they attempted to reach out to the wedding planner several times, crickets! The couple was frustrated, confused and disappointed that their wedding planning process was now put on hold as they were incredibly busy with work and school.
Rachel and Darryl decided to search for another wedding planning company in the area and they were recommended to Jennifer Supper. It was a blessing in disguise that they never heard back from the previous coordinator.
